We know you may be creative and have huge ‘wow’ factor ideas for your bespoke tiles but you’re most likely not a tiling printing and design expert. That’s where our friendly and professional customer service team come in. Being able to design your own customized tiles is probably an exciting prospect but one that beckons a lot of questions on your part- questions that not all our online F&Q pages can answer.

This is why we’re proud of our approachable and knowledgeable customer service staff. Whatever your query, however big or small, whatever aspect of tiling it regards, feel free to contact our helpful team to get the straight forward, hassle-free answers and solutions you need.

Do you have show rooms open to the public?

With our bespoke designs being ones conjured from the minds of our clients, we don’t have regular showrooms showcasing stock designs- we wouldn’t be unique if we did. Instead, you can view our gallery to get inspired with your designs, browse our social media for ideas, inspiration and examples of our work or visit our Visualization Service page to get a clear idea of how we operate and bring your tailored tile designs to life.

Can I buy from your website?

Though visitors to our website can’t purchase tiles and products from our website due to each project and order that we undertake being unique, you can browse our photo gallery for ideas and read up on the types of bespoke bathroom tiles and custom kitchen tiles we typically supply, to get a feel for what we could potentially offer you for your project.

Muse: You may not be able to buy from our website or visit a showroom but you can get much inspiration from our tile library!

Who do I contact if my tiles are damaged?

We always aim to efficiently ship your orders, usually in about one – four weeks. We understand how precious your unique tiles, tailored to your tastes, are so they are always carefully packaged to prevent damage, and we have years of experience delivering tiles to customers.

In the rare event of shipping damage, we recommend that you keep the damaged tile and packaging. Simply email us at info@www.uniquetiles.uk and we will promptly send you new tiles at our expense and provide instructions.

Do we install tiles?

Unfortunately, we do not offer an installation service as all our customers are located all over the country an even in various places abroad. We supply an easy to follow, clear grid-image of the way the tiles need to be installed, numbering the back of each tile, giving you scope to install your tiles yourself if you’re feeling confident.

Alternatively, you might opt to hire a professional tiler if you don’t have much experience with work of this nature. Whichever installation process you choose, our customer service professionals will be more than happy to answer any questions and resolve any concerns that you or your installer may have.

What other things can your customer service team help me with?

Our customer service professionals can help you select the right wall tiles for your unique project too. With their extensive experience, there isn’t many queries they have not encountered before, despite every project being unique. It’s always a pleasure for them to draw on their past experiences to help inquiring customers!
